Our mission

The mission of the Building Industry Consultative Committee Industry Advisory Body (BICCIAB) is to provide advice on Building and Construction vocational educational and training issues and to promote the industry utilising information that is accurate, reliable and reflects the needs of Victorian stakeholders.

Corporate Governance

The stakeholders of BICCIAB will exercise leadership, enterprise, integrity and judgement in directing BICCIAB so as to provide assurance of meeting its commitments and lasting prosperity. Stakeholders will apply and endeavour to achieve the highest possible standards of corporate governance, acting in the best interest of BICCIAB irrespective of personal, professional, commercial or other interest, loyalties or affiliations.

It is the responsibility of the BICCIAB stakeholders to endorse the organisations strategy, develop policy, appoint executives and to ensure the accountability of the organisation to industry and Skills Victoria.
