Brick Masterclass 2010

NMIT Bricklaying student Adrian Callipari, 23, has been involved in the Brick Masterclass 2010. The Think Brick program provides a live in training program for Australia's outstanding bricklayers.

The Brick Masterclass is a new industry initiative, designed to help develop leadership and craft skills in young bricklayers who’ve shown the potential to help the industry meet the current and future demand for excellence in building and construction.

Some of Australia’s best young qualified bricklayers were invited to attend the 5-day intensive live-in course that was designed to hone their practical skills and increase their leadership and management skills. Participants learn’t about leadership, team management and personal development as well as practical skills including craft and design. More information is available at the Think Brick website.
