RPL services for the Civil Industry - Get your skills recognised!
BICCIAB have employed a Project Officer to increase the number of civil construction workers who have a recognised trade skill qualification.
We want existing workers to help those who have been working on construction sites in a trade or allied occupation without formal recognition of their trade skills and knowledge. The RPL process will involve identifying the gap in the skills required for the participant to receive formal recognition in their current occupation and assist them to complete the required steps to achieve the accredited qualification.
Our Project Officer will be out there visiting construction sites encouraging Civil Construction workers to get their skills recognised.
